I am really excited to share that I have launched a new venture called Empowability (on the side of my freelance business) with my wife Jenine. This new disability support training will change the way training is provided to disability support workers in Australia.
This new style of disability support training is very exciting and we hope it will change the way training is provided to disability support workers accross Australia.
Empowability provides disability support training, mobile-ready learning solutions that empower people with the flexibility to learn on-the-go.
We developed Empowability because we understand that traditional face-to-face learning is not only costly and resource heavy, but impacts on time available for service delivery and is inconsistent throughout the industry.
We want to change the way training is provided in the disability sector. We are still in very early stages but I’ll keep you in the loop how we’re getting on.
