For the “Same Day Print” suite, they needed a complete departure from the status quo. I introduced the concept of “Learning Moments”—targeted, 15-minute high-impact modules designed for the busy retail environment. By ditching dated imagery and generic templates, I delivered a high-end, bespoke learning experience that felt as modern as the Officeworks brand itself.
