Custom End-to-End eLearning

Custom eLearning that learners actually enjoy? Yes, it exists.
The Problem

You’re tired of the "Data Dump

We’ve all seen it (and suffered through it). The 40-minute compliance module that is essentially a PDF chopped up into slides. The "click next to continue" marathon.

Your employees are bored. They aren't retaining information. And you’re likely feeling the pressure—trying to juggle subject matter experts (SMEs), technical issues, and tight deadlines, all while feeling like you're "drinking from a fire hose."

You don’t just need a course built. You need a partner who can take that chaos and turn it into a clear, engaging learning strategy.

The Solution

A complete solution, from blank page to launch.

"End-to-end" isn't just a buzzword here—it’s a promise of peace of mind.

I take full ownership of the project lifecycle. I don't just "pretty up" your PowerPoint decks. I dig into the why. I work with your SMEs to extract the gold, then I wrap it in instructional design that respects your learners' time and intelligence.

What you get:
  • Strategic Design: Training that targets actual behavior change, not just memory recall.
  • Award-Winning Quality: My work has won Brandon Hall Platinum and LearnX awards because it stands out.
  • Inclusivity First: Accessibility isn’t an afterthought; it’s my superpower. Every course is built to WCAG standards so no learner is left behind.

The Process

How We Work Together

You’ll know exactly what’s happening at every stage. I use a transparent, rigorous process to keep projects on track and on budget.

Discovery & Strategy

We start with a deep dive. I listen to your needs and meet your SMEs. I then deliver a Learning Strategy covering the business need, learning objectives, and visual treatment.

Architecture & Scripting

I create a Course Overview and a detailed Storyboard. You will see every word, image idea, and interaction planned out before a single pixel is designed. This saves us from expensive changes later.

Design & Prototype

I provide visual mockups early so you can get a feel for the branding. Then, I build an Alpha version for review. We iterate based on your feedback until we hit the Beta version.

Launch & Evaluation

I deliver the final SCORM packages for your LMS. But we don't stop there. I create an evaluation strategy because data doesn't lie. We look at the metrics to prove the training worked.
Project Management Note: I use Trello to manage every project. You and your team are invited to the board so you can see real-time progress. I keep us all accountable.

Technologies I use

The right tools for the job

I am tech-agnostic but highly specialised. Whether you need responsive HTML5 content or complex simulations, I have the toolkit:
  • Evolve Authoring: For beautiful, responsive courses that work on any device.
  • Articulate Storyline 360: For highly complex, custom interactions.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: For high-end custom graphics and assets.
  • AI Tools: For efficiency in transcription and asset generation, keeping costs down and speed up.

Investment

Premium quality requires a serious investment.

My clients hire me because they can't afford for the training to fail. They want the reliability of an agency with the agility of a specialist.
  • Custom End-to-End Projects: Typically range from $20,000 – $30,000 AUD depending on length and complexity (e.g., a high-end 20-minute course).
  • Timeline: Most end-to-end projects take 6–10 weeks from kickoff to launch.
Note: If you have a smaller budget or just need a specific component (like a theme or a template), check out my [Specialist Services] page.

Frequently asked questions

Absolutely. Once the final invoice is paid, you own everything. The source files, the graphics, the media. It’s your intellectual property.

Yes. I’ve worked with Victoria Police and Carnival Cruise Lines. I know how to adhere strictly to brand books while still being creative within those constraints.

I can help with that. I can implement a simple LMS for you or package the course for web deployment.
